  • Senator DeMint v. Senator Harkin: One Stands For Jobs And One Stands With Big Labor | Big Labor Bailout

    WATCH:

  • Right-to-Work Laws at Risk | Big Labor Bailout

While Big Labor may be using their cronies on the NLRB to threaten Boeing for locating an assembly plant in a Right-to-Work state, pro-worker Congressmen are fighting back.

    Right-to-Work Laws are under Attack!

On June 17, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform is heading to South Carolina to hold a field hearing on this Big Labor bailout. This hearing should expose the NLRB’s Big Labor agenda and how its actions will hurt workers in every Right-to-Work state.

Beginning at 12:30 p.m. ET. We will share the link as soon as it becomes available.

Why is the NLRB threatening Boeing? Simply because that company is creating over 1,100 jobs in a Right-to-Work state, South Carolina, instead of expanding in its unionized facility in Washington.

If the NLRB is allowed to do this:

    • Every state that has a Right-to-Work law is under attack.
    • Any business that opens a new facility in a Right-to-Work state is a potential target of the NLRB’s job-killing action.
    • Union activists will be emboldened to continue to use the NLRB to push their radical agenda.

The NLRB is twisting our nation’s labor laws to please union bosses—and we’re not going to stand for it.
